In order to be able to offer practical help for our ‘telephone clients’ as well as our ‘drop in’ clients we developed a self help pack. What we would really like to be able to do, when people phone us for help, is to be able to refer them to their local church knowing there are people at that church who are qualified to help. What a great way for any church to serve their community.

Our vision is to see churches actively serving the needs of the community throughout this nation and other nations too. To that end we have written a booklet giving guidelines on setting up a debt advice centre, and have also devised a basic training programme which will equip anyone with the skills needed to give basic debt advice.
